The city of Boston is very much a thriving city with a feature that stands this city apart from many others, the neighbourhoods. Boston has 21 different neighbourhoods and each one possesses its own individuality from the others.
There are many sights to see in Boston including the Bunker Hill monument. This reaches the dizzy height of 221 feet and stands at Breed’s Hill. This location was the site of the initial major battle of the American Revolution which took place on the 17th June 1775. There are 34 islands in total and between them they encompass 35 miles of shoreline, the islands are approximately 10 miles from downtown Boston. The islands have gorgeous names such as Bumpkin, Grape and Lovell’s.
