The city of Toronto is an especially metropolitan city with a vast array of attractions and sights to see. The CN Tower is definitely worth a visit as it held the world record for over thirty years for being the tallest free standing building in the world rising to 1,815 feet and 5 inches. At the top of the CN Tower is '360 The Restaurant' where they offer their dining guests a delicious meal combined with the outstanding and breathtaking view of Toronto. The restaurant actually revolves so guests can observe the whole of the city.
If it is trendy and fashionable shops that you are seeking then pop into the Eaton's centre in the downtown region of Toronto. The Eaton's centre is a huge shopping mall crammed full of shops and stalls.
Sharing the company of animals is possible at the Toronto Zoo. The zoo is known as Canada's premier zoo and it takes a keen interest in conservation issues, the zoo runs numerous educational programmes to teach its younger visitors about caring about their environment and the wildlife that they share their world with.
