Paris is the city of romance and love and it is easy to see why the city has claimed its affectionate title. It is full of magical castles, the wonder of Disneyland and upmarket romantic hotels.
The Eiffel Tower is the most famous landmark in Paris. The tower was designed by Gustave Eiffel and was completed in the year 1889, when it was finished it ranked as the world's tallest building at 300 metres. In 1986 the Eiffel Tower's system of lighting was replaced with lights that are actually built into the tower's structure. If you visit the tower during the day then ensure you see it again after dark as it is truly a magical spectacle.
Disneyland is not just for the young but also for the young at heart, whether you like to soak up the atmosphere or take a spin on one of the numerous rides you cannot help but be enchanted by the magic of Disney. There are day and night parades containing beautiful floats with all your favourite Disney characters upon them.
