Communication is the most important feature when it comes to studying Italian at the Centro Machiavelli School, the teachers ensure that during each and every lesson there are constant practices of the basic four fundamental functions of learning Italian.

The four basics are reading, writing, speaking and listening. The language school places a lot of emphasis on conversation as students need to be able to converse in Italian as soon as possible. All the classrooms possess the latest equipment and technology to teach including DVD's, text books, overhead projectors and CD's. Students sit an entrance test when they initially arrive at the school. The test is in two parts, a written section and an oral section and the results are then used to ascertain which group the students need to be placed into.

Students will also sit regular tests throughout the course of their duration at the school as the results are then used to check that the individual students are obtaining results and reaching their own personal goals.
