The ILM language school offers students the opportunity of learning Italian in one of the most beautiful parts of Italy. The establishment in Pisa is open throughout the year.

When students first arrive at the ILM they sit an entry test which ascertains their own individual level of Italian, they are then placed into a group according to their learning abilities.

The class sizes are kept small with the minimum amount of students being just 6 and the maximum amount being 12. There are 8 levels of Italian at the ILM from the beginner right through to the advanced. The general Italian course consists of 20 lessons per week and students have 4 lessons on a daily basis.

Whilst studying a language course students can also enrol in one of the other courses that the ILM have to offer such as cookery, history of art, painting and wine tasting. Students are awarded with a certificate of attendance at the end of these courses and if their chosen course lasts for the minimum of 4 weeks they can also sit an optional exam to receive an ILM certificate. The certificate also includes an end of course report and evaluation.
