Studying Italian in Venezia
Venezia is highly considered to be the most beautiful city throughout the whole world. It is so unusual because the actual city stretches across a total of 118 very small islands that are located in the extremely marshy Venetian Lagoon situated along the Adriatic Sea in the North East of Italy.
You will soon discover that there are only two possible ways to travel in Venice, by foot or by boat. The city's Grand Canal is very well served by the regular waterbuses. Once you move away from the large waterways you will find that you are on foot a lot, so be prepared for a fair amount of walking when you are in Venezia.
It is a very romantic city and there is a magical atmosphere about the whole city, there is certainly nowhere else quite like it.
The Rialto Market is well worth a visit as they sell just about everything and anything you could wish for when it comes to food items. The fresh fruit is unbelievably sweet and juicy.
